Subscription Member

Besides reading free content, all members can subscribe to creators' subscription plan so as to read paid content.

Am I able to cancel automatic charging of subscription?
All active subscription will be charged on first day of each month. Users can check active subsciption and stop their own subscription anytime.
Am I losing access to the content if I stop subscription?
No, when a member subscribes to a plan, the content of specific month has been unlocked forever. The user has the right to access to the content of specific month(s) unless the creator has removed the content.
Am I able to the post if I have subscrribed a plan of specific month?
DearSHARE's subscription is on a monthly basis. The all content under the plan of the month are readable after user subscribed to specific month.
What is the difference between unlock content and subscribe?
If user subscibes a higher level plan of the channel, the user can also read content in the channel with a lower price. While unlock content only unlock content of specific plan.
How can I refund?
Subsciption is supportive in nature and non-refundable. When a subscribing member's payment is processed, the payment will be sent to the supported creator's balance. If the user insists on a refund, you can send a message directly to the creator to apply for a refund. We recommend that you provide the following information: the transaction amount you are requesting for a refund, the date of the original payment transaction, and the specific reason for requesting a refund. Creators are responsible for posting articles and providing member benefits. While we discourage this practice, creators who do not provide expected membership benefits are not in violation of our terms. DearSHARE does not guarantee any refunds.

You can share your content through DearSHARE by becoming creator. Articles, photo albums and videos can be shared in DearSHARE.

How can I remove content?
Users can choose to delete the current content at the bottom of the content editing page.
What is the revenue percentage of the platform?
DearSHARE will take 8-16% of the creator's subscription income as a technical service fee. The subscription plan income in the professional creator channel will take 16% of the platform fee, while lite creators will take 8% of the platform fee. The fee will be used daily operation, technical support and updates on the maintenance platform.
After subscribing to my paid plan, does the member have the right to read all the content under the plan
Members do not have permission to view all content of the plan. When users subscribe to the content of a certain month, they can only read all the content of that month. Therefore, if creators want to maintain close interaction with subscribers, they should continue to publish content every month to maintain popularity. If users want to read your past content, they can also unlock plan content of the specified month in the past (applicable to unlocking the monthly content of the lower price plan of the same channel at the same time).
What is the withdrawal fee and how long does it take for payout?
Withdrawn fee is the administrative fee for transferring subscription income (account balance) to the creator's bank account. An administrative fee of $3 will be charged for each withdrawal. The entire process from withdrawal to arrival will be completed within 14 days.
Will members who have subscribed to my plan lose their viewing rights because they no longer subscribe?
Won't. When a user subscribes to one of your paid plans, this is equivalent to a form of purchase. Unless you delete the content, the user can permanently read the content of the subscribed month (applicable to unlocking the monthly content of the lower-priced plan of the same channel at the same time).
